For many India’s young Hoopsters, Welcome to IB Sports Academy serving an out-of-the-box classroom sessions. The sound of basketball pounding the wooden court, the sweet swish of the ball flying into the net, and the coach shouting orders would all sound like music to ears. The primary goal of the Academy is to raise the level of Basketball and improve India’s performance internationally across various age groups

Playing Basketball improve motor coordination, flexibility and endurance. It also encourages speed, agility and strength. These skills are shown to have a positive effect on promote a healthy body weight and encouraging more physical activities, which can enhance cardio respiratory fitness and boost self-esteem.

Our philosophy is that “game speed” training will lead to natural movements and decisions during competitions. Why IB Sports Academy?
We train and preach that all our players learn:
- Basic game skills; shooting, dribbling, rebounding and passing
- Improve offensive and defensive positional play
- Improve overall fitness
- Continual Coaching during instructional and game situations
- Learn basic strategise and rules of Basketball
- Emphasis Teamwork and fair play
- Learn more about basketball while enjoying the game

Delhi, June, 2022: MR. ISHWAR BHATI bags yet another Prestigious award- NFPET National Award (2022-23) for Best Coach.
Coach Ishwar Bhati was awarded with the most coveted Best Coach (Basketball) award by the National Federation of Physical Education Teachers.
The 1st National award ceremony 2022-23 held at Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education & Sports Sciences, Delhi University, was awarded to Coaches and Students for perfectionism in the field of Physical Education and Sports.
