From the dusty playgrounds of Delhi to national and international courts, Ishwar Bhati’s journey started with nothing but passion. He began coaching at a young age, often self-taught and self-funded, determined to provide young athletes what he never had — structure, mentorship, and opportunity.

🚀 Founding IB Sports Academy
In 2010, Ishwar Bhati launched IB Sports Academy in Dwarka, New Delhi — not as a business, but as a mission. The academy blends basketball with life lessons, discipline, and mentorship. Today, it runs across multiple locations and impacts hundreds of students every year.
