We not only open doors but our hearts to welcome you on the court. Come shape the champion in you under the guidance of professional coaches. An elite basketball development academy that provides athletes with a holistic approach to enhance your skills. Started in Dwarka, New Delhi, IB Sports Academy has been operational since 2010 at various locations. The Academy was established under the leadership of Coach ISHWAR BHATI.
Ishwar Bhati sir is a National Team Coach. He has been the National Referee at Basketball Federation of India (BFI) and also among his other prominent achievements he is the ‘Outstanding Physical Education Teacher’ awardee, year 2017 and even awarded the 'BEST COACH AWARD' at Reliance FOUNDATION Jr. NBA program. Under his leadership students have been attending national tournaments and training as hard to compete their best opponent. A key reformer in students life, he has overseen all aspects of player development and coaching student-athletes for high school age prospects.

Our dedicated and hard working team of coaches have always looked for innovative drills and exercises to suit the individual needs of every trainee instead of relying on a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Our goal is to make sure our players are well conditioned and mentally focused on the game of Basketball.
- Coach Chiranjeev Kumar Kashyap is a Junior NBA Basketball coach, who emphasizes on Team work and fair play. He has motivated students to improve the level of practice in fun way.
- Coach Bhanu Saini is also a Junior NBA Basketball coach who focuses on intense training program with improvements in overall fitness. The idea to keep children fit, happy and energized throughout their sessions.
- Coach Rajeev targets for achieving productive goals by coaching student to peak performance. He is motivated and provides constructional correction to bring the best in a child.
- Coach Inesh Verma motivates the players to reach their potential. He has exceptional leadership and excellent communication skills, he known for his ability to make quick decisions even under intense game pressure.

My Winning Philosophy
Our basketball philosophy sticks to improve Core values. The ideals of good sportsmanship, teamwork, self confidence, pride, courage and respect for others.
We seldom talk about winning with our team, winning will simply be a product of this process.
Each player can accomplish each aspect through the development of fundamental skills of basketball and make sure our players are well conditioned and mentally focused on the game. In a nutshell, it is a perfect getaway for the young ones from their innumerable animated shows and video games, focusing their energies towards some organised outdoor sports activities.
